This class introduces the basic principles of alignment and technique while slowly stretching and strengthening the body with the use of props. We emphasize the relationship of the joints and muscles to available movement, the spine and how the breath supports the process.  As you refine the basics, class will include the practice of the Sun Salutations and the ability to flow into each posture.  ( All ages )
